Summer Season 2024-2025: Team Nominations and Game Fees
Team Nomination Registrations are now open for our 2024-2025 Summer Competiton

Individual Membership Registration Fees 2024
All individual memberships* are valid for 12 months from the date of registration
Players, coaches and referees are required to have PCYC membership, prices below for 12 months.
Junior Players
For all Junior Players who are turning up to 17 years old on or before 31 Dec
Senior Players
For all Senior Players who are turning 18 years old or over after 31 December
Non-Players (Coaches etc)
All non-playing officials must have a valid membership
Affiliation Players
For players whose primary membership is at another association*
* Excluding Affiliation memberships which are per season. Affiliation players must email proof of primary membership to info@hawkesburybasketball.com
Active Kids Voucher
Is your child eligible for an Active Kids Voucher (AKV)? Families receiving Family Tax Benefit can apply for an Active and Creative Kids voucher for each eligible child. The voucher is valued at $50 and:
- is available twice a year
- can be used for eligible active or creative activities with registered providers
- must be redeemed before the expiry date on the voucher.
AKVs can be used at Hawkesbury & District Basketball Association for your child’s:
- HDBA and Basketball NSW Member Registration (at time of registration through BasketballConnect)
- Weekly Game Fees (please email your child’s name, child’s DOB and team along with a copy of the voucher to info@hawkesburybasketball.com)
- HDBA Development Programs including Pre-Rep Training, Aussie Hoops, Girls Got Game and Monday Skills (at time of registration through BasketballConnect)

PCYC Membership
All players, coaches, assistant coaches, managers, referees, and HDBA officials are required to have a valid PCYC membership. This is in addition to your HDBA membership. Please see below PCYC prices for a 12-month membership:
- Adult $30
- Children $15
Working With Children’s Check (WWCC)
All managers and coaches aged 18 years and over for Junior teams must have a current Working With Children Check.
The certificate or clearance number must be emailed to the HDBA office along with your date of birth every season – please email info@hawkesburybasketball.com
We suggest you keep this information in your phone. If you are waiting on your clearance, please supply your application number until your certificate arrives.
This is a BNSW regulation and no exceptions will be granted.
